Captain Ryan Lynch founded the NAYR Foundation driven by his lifelong passion for aviation and youth empowerment. At five, Ryan dreamed of becoming a pilot and aimed to create programs he wished existed for himself. Our story is built on dedication to nurturing dreams and equipping students to soar in aviation careers.

Captain Ryan Lynch - Founder
Captain Ryan Lynch has a vision of helping youth become aware of the offerings within the aviation industry. His passion for youth started at a young age when he looked back at the age of 5, he wanted to become a pilot. He realized there was no youth programming of its kind and wanted to create an one for the youth to experience in order for them to achieve their goals.
